Two bikers suspected in an attack on a New York driver surrendered to police Saturday. The alleged fight between a motorcycle club and the SUV driver was caught on camera
last weekend. The group of bikers surrounded the Range Rover after the driver Alexian Lien hit a biker who slowed down in front of him. When he stopped, the bikers attacked Lien.
Police say Reginald Chance is the man who was seen slamming his motorcycle helmet against the vehicle. Chance is also accused of beating the driver. Another biker, Robert Sims, also faces charges.
