A close friend and former co-worker of Vashti Seacat told HLN's Nancy Grace Monday night that her friend never seemed suicidal in the days leading up to her death.

Brett Seacat is on trial for the 2011 shooting death of his wife at their Kingman, Kansas home. Seacat claims his wife set the house on fire and then committed suicide. "I talked to her a couple weeks before her death…she was still in good spirits," Erika Head told Grace. "She was very happy with her life…she seemed a lot more happy," Head added.

Police say a 67-year-old Florida man was arrested after being gone too long while test-driving a truck from a used car lot, WKMG reported.

Lloyd Edward Kraft, 67, is reportedly facing grand theft auto charges.

Body of missing mom of triplets found

The body of a Missouri mother who went missing nearly two years ago was recovered by law enforcement Wednesday, according to the Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney.

Jacque Sue Waller, a 39-year-old mother of triplets, was last seen alive on June 1, 2011 at her estranged husband Clay Waller’s home following a meeting with an attorney about their pending divorce. On the afternoon she disappeared, police say Jacque told family members she was going to pick up her son from her husband’s home.
