Police say 39-year-old Carlos Leger attempted to rob a bank on a holiday, not realizing the bank was closed for Columbus Day.
According to reports, an officer saw Leger at the entrance of the bank wearing latex gloves, sunglasses and a hat. Police said he was carrying a note that read, "Give me all the money. No dye pack," WBZ reported.
