A Florida man was arrested after police say officers saw him and a woman smoking from a crack pipe in their car.

According to Boca Raton police, 54-year-old Keith Diaferia and 32-year-old Jessica Supel were taken into custody Monday when a tactical team conducting surveillance allegedly spotted them with the pipe.

With opening statements expected tomorrow in 17-year-old Joshua Young's trial for complicity in stepbrother Trey Zwicker's 2011 murder, Zwicker's grandmother and stepmother say they want justice, and they believe Young was involved in the crime.

"Trey was a loving, deserving, young man, who deserved to live, to graduate, to drive, to marry, to have children and Josh Gouker and Josh Young stole that from us," grandmother Leeda Zwicker said on HLN's Nancy Grace.

"All I can say is he’s a monster. Anybody who can stand up in the court of law and say he bludgeonly killed a 14-year-old child is one sick human being and that is all I have to say about that man," grandmother Leeda Zwicker said of Gouker, who recently pleaded guilty to the murder.

Joseph Lee Toben was arrested Friday morning in the parking lot of the Farm Fresh on Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach after the alleged victims reported that they observed him in his vehicle “using an adult novelty item in attempts to solicit sexual contact.”

10 former contestants have filed a lawsuit against producers and sponsors of "American Idol" claiming they were disqualified from the show because of their race.

In a 429-page complaint filed in federal court, the African-American contestants allege the show's producers used criminal histories and other background information to "systematically disqualify and publicly humiliate" them, while they did not do so to white contestants with similar histories.
