Charges were formally filed Tuesday against 17-year-old Austin Reed Sigg for the abduction and murder of a 10-year-old girl in Westminster, Colorado earlier this month.

Police say 31-year-old Angela Wisecarver is accused of stealing a diamond engagement ring from an elderly woman, KSDK reported.
