Mom, grandma of missing girl speak out

The mother of a missing two-year-old girl last seen outside a Phoenix-area Starbucks begged for her return in an exclusive interview with HLN's Nancy Grace Tuesday, as the search for Ava Enlow and the father suspected of abducting her continued.

It has been more than a week since family members have heard from Ava's father, Brent Anderson, and police say they are concerned for the girl's safety. Court records show a civil arrest warrant has been issued for Anderson and is set to remain active until he returns the girl to her mother.

A nine-year-old girl from Alabama has died after cops say her grandmother and stepmother punished her by making her run for three hours.

Etowah County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Natalie Barton told HLN’s Nancy Grace that stepmother Jessica Hardin and grandmother Joyce Garrard have been charged with felony murder in Savannah Hardin’s death -- but the charges could be upgraded in the coming days.

Authorities have confirmed that a body found in a barrel on property linked to a convicted rapist is that of a missing 16-year-old girl.

Angela Allen was identified through dental records and her cause of death was determined to be strangulation, according to an arrest affidavit for Lloyd C. Jones. Jones, a 36-year-old sex offender convicted of raping his wife in 2001, is accused of killing Allen after the two met through the social networking site www.Mbuzzy.com.

Georgia toddlers reportedly taken from roadside after mom’s car broke down

Body found in barrel could be missing teen

Sex offender in custody in connection with case
Police believe they met through social media site

An autopsy is planned for Tuesday that could identify a body in a barrel police believe to be that of a missing 16-year-old Arkansas girl who they allege had been “groomed” by a high-risk sex offender before her disappearance.

The barrel was found buried in a shallow grave Friday on property belonging to relatives of convicted rapist Lloyd Jones, according to a Sebastian County Sherriff’s Dept. press release. A female body was discovered inside with clothing similar to what Angela Allen was last seen wearing around 7:30 p.m. on February 10 when she left her grandmother’s Van Buren home for a walk around the neighborhood and never returned.

Larry Birkhead told “Nancy Grace” producer Natisha Lance that 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina should view parts of Houston’s life as a cautionary tale. Unlike his daughter, Dannielynn, who was less than a year old when Smith died in 2007, Bobbi Kristina will have memories of her mother’s good times and bad times.
