Congress has finally voted to approve a bill to avert a fiscal cliff that would have led to higher taxes on most Americans. It now heads to President Obama's desk for his approval.

HLN has confirmed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting!

The announcement came from Kanye himself during a concert in Atlantic City Sunday night.  "Can we stop the music for a second, stop the music..." a smiling West is seen saying in a YouTube video posted by normalmag.com, "Can we make some noise for my baby mamma right quick...?"
