Police arrested two men they say planned to kidnap, strangle and castrate star singer Justin Bieber. Cops say the mastermind behind the plot was a convicted murderer, Dana Martin, who is currently in prison serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl 12 years ago.

According to court documents, Martin had become infatuated with Justin Bieber and even had a tattoo of Bieber on his leg. He allegedly orchestrated the scheme with a former fellow inmate Mark Staake who in turn recruited his nephew Tanner.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department is investigating Justin Bieber after a photographer claims the teen heart-throb assaulted him.  Bieber was outside a shopping center with girlfriend, Selena Gomez, over the weekend when the paparazzo started snapping some shots. That’s when the photographer claims he was attacked by Bieber. 

Following the incident the paparazzo was taken to a nearby hospital then, after his release, he filed a police report calling Bieber the culprit.  Some eyewitnesses reportedly claim Bieber’s car was blocked by the photographer and that’s what sent him into a rage.  If so, that’s illegal in California and the paparazzo could be the one facing charges.
