Josh Gouker pleaded guilty killing his 14-year-old stepson, Trey Zwicker. But now, Gouker’s son is on trial for complicity to that murder.  Gouker told multiple versions of what happened that night at one point even saying his son Joshua Young did it.  But now, Gouker says his son had nothing to do with it.  On Monday, Gouker took the stand and in profanity-filled testimony said his son, Joshua Young, had nothing to do with the murder of Trey Zwicker.

Did Joshua Young beat his step-brother to death alongside his father?  Joshua Gouker has already been convicted of murdering his step-son, 14-year-old Trey Zwicker.  Now his 17-year-old son Young is on trial for complicity to murder.

Zwicker's grandmother Shelly Stewart talks about her beloved grandson, and says that she thinks Gouker was trying to form an "army of teenagers," including his son Young, who would have done anything for his father's approval.

Trey Zwicker's mother took the stand today, testifying about her suspicions that her then-husband had killed her son. She also revealed an abusive past and how anger often turned into violence. She did not reveal however, whether she believes Joshua Young, her stepson, had anything to do with the murder.

Now, Trey's dad and step-mom are speaking out! Do they think Zwicker's mom was telling the truth?
