Lindsay Lohan is reportedly sticking by her lawyer for her upcoming criminal trial, even after a judge told him he’s incompetent to practice in California!

Last week, Lohan’s new lawyer, Mark Heller was in court, attempting to get the charges against Lindsay dropped when the judge flat out questioned his ability to represent the actress and defend someone in a criminal trial. The judge continued by telling Heller, he either needs to get someone to assist him in the case or Lindsay herself needs to waive her rights in order to continue with him.

Steve-O teamed up with Farm Sanctuary in a new documentary called “What Came Before”.  The documentary, narrated by Steve-O, profiles three animals who either escaped or were rescueD from factory farms.

Are Rihanna and Chris Brown together again? That’s what everyone is wondering after the superstars’ very public outing at the Lakers-Knicks game on Christmas Day. The two were seen cozying up to each other in courtside seats, laughing, talking, and then were spotted holding hands as they left. While no official comment has been released, many are speculating the on and off again couple might be back on.

And this isn’t the first time both singers made headlines for being together. Back in 2009, Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault of Rihanna stemming from a vicious fight as the couple drove home from a pre-Grammy party. Brown is still on probation from that incident.

Police arrested two men they say planned to kidnap, strangle and castrate star singer Justin Bieber. Cops say the mastermind behind the plot was a convicted murderer, Dana Martin, who is currently in prison serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl 12 years ago.

According to court documents, Martin had become infatuated with Justin Bieber and even had a tattoo of Bieber on his leg. He allegedly orchestrated the scheme with a former fellow inmate Mark Staake who in turn recruited his nephew Tanner.

'Storage Wars' star says show is fake

Dave Hester, one of the stars of the hit show “Storage Wars”, is suing A & E, the network that airs the show claiming that parts of the show are staged.  According to Hester says he was fired from the show after he expressed concern over producers allegedly planting items in the storage units. Hester says producers plant valuable items in the units to make the show more interesting and he says the show rigs the bidding process.

A&E says it does not comment on pending litigation but in a previous statement has said “There is no staging involved. The items uncovered in the storage units are the actual items featured on the show.”
