Craig Kuhlmeier was one of the first people on the scene after Hemy Neuman shot and killed Rusty Sneiderman. In an exclusive interview, he tells Jane Velez-Mitchell how he saw Neuman walking away and how he ran to try to save Sneiderman. He says he is haunted by what he saw and he remembers “the blood pooling."

The trial for Andrea Sneiderman is set to begin July 29. Andrea Sneiderman is accused of conspiring to murder her husband, Rusty. Neuman, Andrea’s former supervisor, shot and killed Rusty Sneiderman outside of an Atlanta area day care in November of 2010. Neuman was convicted of that killing but was found mentally ill and is serving life in prison.
