Ebony Wilkerson is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder and three counts of third-degree felony child abuse after she drove her minivan with her three kids inside into the ocean.

Cops say 22-year-old Elliot Rodger started an evil rampage inside his apartment Friday, killing his two roommates and another friend. Investigators say he then drove over to the University of California Santa Barbara campus where he opened fire on three people standing on the lawn of a sorority house, killing two of them. Next he drove to a deli where he killed another student.

Outrage tonight as an Indianapolis man admits to raping his wife and is let off with no jail time while his wife is told to forgive him!

The victim in the case, Wise's wife, Mandy Boardman told police her husband had been drugging and raping her for years while she was asleep. She only realized this was happening after she found videotapes of the attacks on his phone.

'Shield' actor charged with wife's murder

Actor Michael Jace, known for his roles on "The Shield" and "Forest Gump," was arrested Tuesday in the fatal shooting of his wife.

Cops say Jace was the one who called 911 to report his wife, April, had been shot and that their two children were in the home at the time of the shooting.
