Critics say a little noticed amendment dropped into the Farm Bill could wipe out the few protections animals on industrial farms have. And that bill was just passed by the U.S. House of Representatives.

California's Prop 2 ensures animals have enough room to just turn around, extend their limbs, and lie down. But this little known amendment called the King amendment named after Iowa congressman Steve King --also called PICA--could nullify Prop 2, and many other state laws that have been passed by animal lovers around the country.
