Verizon Wireless has announced a new “Share Everything” plan that Clark Howard says will "turn the cell phone world upside down."

Under the new plan, customers will be able to split up their data allotment across multiple devices. That means you'll only have one data plan whether you're a family with multiple smartphones or an individual who has a phone along with a tablet, notebook, etc. If you don't have multiple devices, then be prepared to pay more.
