Suspension over boy's imaginary grenade?

A Colorado mom says her second-grade son was suspended from school for a grenade on the playground. It wasn't a toy grenade -- one that existed only in his imagination.

The news reported from one point of view. We are not willing to share details because we do not want to violate the rights of the student as protected by federal law. I truly am saddened to think so many folks out there think we are that insensitive or that stupid."
