According to authorities, a 13-year-old Florida boy was forced by his grandparents to kneel on the bathroom floor with his hands behind his back for nine hours a day for 10 days as punishment for not doing his homework.

However, the grandparents' lawyer says the boy has a mental illness as well as a history that calls his credibility into question.

According to authorities, a 13-year-old Florida boy was forced by his grandparents to kneel on the bathroom floor with his hands behind his back for nine hours a day as punishment for not doing his homework.

An affidavit says the discipline also included a morning "protein" shake made of meat and vegetables. He was reportedly denied food for the rest of the day.

A flight attendant on an American Airlines flight reportedly ranted on the plane’s intercom system while the aircraft taxied for takeoff at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Friday morning.

The outspoken flight attendant reportedly told passengers that she was not responsible for the safety of the plane and had also wrestled with another flight attendant for control of the plane's public address system.
