If you saw the following photo pop up in your Instagram or Facebook feed, you might give this woman some major props: Look how good she looked before! And how she's really toned down!
Pretty enviable, right?
Except... these photos were taken 15 minutes apart. Yep, no blood, sweat or tears required for this impressive transformation.
So you want to know melvfitness's secret, right? Well, it's a magic combo of "fat loss supplements": A little fake tan, some hair extensions, standing up a bit taller, sucking in the gut, popping out a hip and throwing in a "skinny" bent arm (plus a wider crop and some filters don't hurt either).
Pretty easy, right? So easy that these other ladies tried it out just to drive the point home:
Mel calls them the "hidden truths" behind those transformation pics you may see all over your social media feed. She also had this word of caution regarding photos of those who actually do make incredible transformations (but in short periods of time):
"What a before and after shot doesn’t tell you [is] how the person achieved it. It doesn’t tell you if they did it a healthy way or if they starved themselves for weeks on end to get there. It also doesn’t show you the persons [sic] mental state, their self worth, how many hours of exercise they did, the lifestyle changes, the early mornings, the skipped lunches, how they handled social situations or how many skinny mini teas they chugged."
