'Humbled': Chris Brown speaks after jail release

Hours after his release from jail Monday morning, Chris Brown took to Twitter to express his feelings, saying that he was "Humbled and Blessed" and thanking God.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirmed to CNN that the singer was freed shortly after midnight.

Brown tweeted a series of messages shortly after, including this one:

Brown was sentenced to 365 days in jail after he was kicked out of a court-ordered rehab facility for violating the rules. However, the sentence was lowered to 131 days after he got credit for time spent in rehab and jail.

While Brown is currently walking free, he has another case pending. In October, Brown was charged with misdemeanor assault after he was accused of beating a man who tried to take a picture of him.
