Asking a girl to the prom is a nerve-racking moment, but that doesn't mean you can't pull it off with class.

Wyatt Rhoads, son of Iowa State football coach Paul Rhoads, figured he would have to do something to impress the girl he liked. She just happened to be Paige Hoiberg, the daughter of Iowa State men's basketball coach Fred Hoiberg. The result was a sweet (if not mildly off-key) "promposal" video which Wyatt tweeted to Paige.

Wyatt later tweeted that she said yes. Nice work!  But the promposal has been around for a while, and everyone takes a different approach.

Rather than go solo, these two students decided to pair up for duo power.

Another handy approach? Think of how to ask without speaking. Rose petals seem to have done the trick here.
