Christie Brinkley could put women half her age to shame with her latest magazine cover, on which she looks stunning in a blue swimsuit on the eve of her 60th birthday.
Yes, you read that right -- the supermodel is turning 60 years old on February 2 -- and she's still turning heads with her incredible curves. She's now revealing in the pages of People magazine her secrets to lasting beauty, and she's only getting better with age.
"I'm actually excited about turning 60," Brinkley tells the magazine. "I feel on top of my game."
The mother of three, famous for her Sports Illustrated bikini days -- says that though she's comfortable in her own skin and is willing to wear a swimsuit -- there is one thing that's changed since then: "In private I may wear a bikini, but at the public beach with my kids, I would change bathing suits."
Brinkley continues, saying, "They do not want to be hanging out with some old broad in a bikini," and adds that her "kids would be so embarrassed."
So what's her fountain of youth? Brinkley says that it's her three children, ranging in age from 15 to 28, who keep her going: "Because I'm an older mom, I have a responsibility to my kids as well as myself," she says. "I want to be there for them."
