Bieber's Valentine's gift: A court date

Justin Bieber just received what's possibly the worst Valentine's Day gift of his life: A court date.

A Miami-Dade County judge set the February 14 court date on Tuesday for the 19-year-old pop star on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.

HLN first learned of this story from Twitter.

Prosecutors formally filed charges against the "Boyfriend" singer, though Bieber may not be required to attend.

He and fellow singer Khalil Sharieff were arrested last week in Miami Beach, Florida, while allegedly street racing in their exotic cars. Police say that Bieber admitted to drinking, smoking marijuana and taking prescription pills. He has since been released and is out on $2,500 bail.

Most recently, Bieber posted a picture on Instagram after his release that was captioned, "Thank u Lord."
