A husky named Cato was caught giving himself a four-pawed discount at a Dollar General store in Clinton, South Carolina, on Wednesday.
He carried off several pig ears, beef bones and dog treats after slipping his leash that morning, according to HLN affiliate WHNS.
The furry bandit was captured not once but twice on security cameras as he grabbed the goods. The store's manager, Anastasia Polson, told WHNS that the conniving canine buried the treats behind a neighboring car wash. Polson said they had to lock the doors just to keep the pooch outside.
It's not Cato's first crime-spree, according to owner Holly Darden.
"He's gotten into Ingles. He's gotten into BI-LO. He goes to Pizza Hut. And he goes up to Yo Cup which is downtown too," Darden told WHNS.
And before you start feeling any sympathy for this seemingly starving pooch, Darden said you should know he can't really be that hungry.
"Look at him, he's fat," she said, laughing. "Yes, I feed him! There's food in there. There's treats in there."
