Part of the fun of proposing is that look on your partner's face when you pop the question (which hopefully is one of tearful joy rather than abject horror). Except, of course, if they figure out you're going to ask the question in advance, which kind of takes the wind out of your sails.
That's exactly what happened to Jordan Halland, who discovered that his girlfriend Summer found out ahead of time that he was going to propose.
He knew he had to improvise on the spot -- and that he did, by re-enacting their first date, and faking her out with proposal scenarios that never quite panned out.
Little did she know that they were on camera the entire time. But when it finally got right down to it, Halland finally dropped the fake versions and went for the real thing. And even after all that teasing, Summer still loved it.
