Deen was fired, Incognito is only suspended: Fair?

Deen was fired, Incognito is only suspended: Fair?

Miami Dolphins player Richie Incognito says he is not a racist, despite admitting he used the "N-word" toward a player he's accusing of bullying.

Incognito is currently suspended. His future with the team remains up in the air.

Celebrity chef Paula Deen is another star whose career was damaged by the use of the "N-word." In Deen's case, she admitted to using the word many years ago. She apologized, but lost her TV show.

We're asking: Is there a double standard? Should Incognito be fired, too? Did Deen deserve to lose her job?
