Touching a pregnant woman's belly without permission could actually be illegal!

A Pennsylvania man was charged with harassment after he allegedly rubbed a pregnant woman's belly several times. He didn't know her, so she pressed charges.

One lawyer says anytime there's touching involved without consent, someone could be charged -- at least in Pennsylvania. But this may be the first time the harassment law has been applied to belly rubbing.
