Monday, October 7: A probable cause hearing will be held Monday in the case of Officer Randall Kerrick, who shot former Florida A&M University football player Jonathon Ferrell while investigating a suspicious person call. Kerrick has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
Tuesday, October 8: Get ready to see shiny new $100 dollar bills starting Tuesday! The new greenbacks will have a blue 3D security ribbon that makes it more difficult for counterfeiters to replicate the bills.
Wednesday, October 9: Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing. Hernandez has been charged with first-degree murder for the June 2013 shooting of Odin Lloyd, who was dating Hernandez's fiance's sister.
Thursday, October 10: Thursday, "Glee's" third episode will be a tribute to Cory Monteith, who died in July of a drug overdose. It's also World Mental Health Day. Do something good for your brain today!
Friday, October 11: Friday marks the 125th year in a row that the Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded. In the past, it's gone to Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa and Barack Obama. Who will be honored this year?
