Being overweight or obese may put you at higher risk for migraines.
Doctors in a new study looked at episodic migraines -- specifically, migraine headaches you get less than 14 days a month.
They don't know if obesity CAUSED the migraines, but they do think that the parts of the brain that bring on headaches also control how we eat.
Plus, people with migraines tend to be less active.
