It is the perfect boy-meets-world moment.
Jessica Simpson has just debuted her 2-month-old son, Ace Knute Johnson, on the cover of Us Weekly magazine -- and she appears to be glowing with family pride.
The fashion mogul posed with her newborn son and 15-month-old daughter, Maxwell, telling the magazine that after all she's accomplished in her life, she feels "very at peace with being a mom."
Simpson, 33, admits that while the criticism she received for gaining weight during her pregnancy was "hurtful," she's now more focused on spending time with her family. "With two kids, we have our hands full, but every day is a new adventure," she says.
Fiancé Eric Johnson joined the photo shoot in the couple's California home, and Simpson reveals that they're not in a rush to expand their family anytime soon: "Pregnancy is a lot. It was hard to do two so close together," she says.
"I have this huge sense of accomplishment, and I feel in my heart that I'm done. But obviously, accidents do happen!"
