Baby Einstein Activity Jumpers recalled

More than 400,000 Baby Einstein Activity Jumpers sold in the U.S. and Canada are being recalled.

The trouble is a yellow sun toy on a flexible stalk. It can bounce and hit someone in the head. The unit fractured the skull of a 7-month old, and hurt 61 others, including a grownup.

The jumpers sold for about $90 at places like Target, Toys”R”Us and Amazon.

If you have one, the Consumer Product Safety Commission says to call the manufacturer toll-free at 877-325-7056 or visit their website for more information.
