An Oklahoma man who was allegedly found in the septic tank of a public bathroom was arrested Sunday on a peeping Tom charge.
A woman reported to deputies that her 7-year-old daughter saw 52-year-old Kenneth Enlow looking up from under the toilet in a bathroom at White Water Park in Tulsa County, KOTV reported.
According to KJRH, the woman said Enlow did not ask for help getting out of the tank before police arrived.
"It's like he was just sitting down in the water just wading," the woman told KJRH.
Fire department crews pulled Enlow from the toilet and cleaned him off with a fire hose.
Enlow allegedly told deputies that his girlfriend hit him in the head with a tire iron and left him in the toilet, according to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun, but authorities said his injuries were not consistent with that claim. He is in custody at Tulsa County Jail.
