Eddie Winters might be 90 years old, but he won't let his age keep him from enjoying life or going to the skating rink.
"I like to skate because it's awfully good exercise," Winters said. "If you sit down, you'll die. If you move around, you'll continue to live."
HLN affiliate WISH reports that Winters not only goes roller skating every Thursday night, but also gives lessons to others who are interested in getting exercise and having fun skating.
Rollerskating International says that an 143-pound skater burns 333 calories in an hour, making the activity a full workout for your entire body and putting all your muscles to the test.
