The next time you do yoga, would you like to try the "Downward-Facing Wookie" or "the Reclined Jabba?"

Back in 2010, a guy in California made up a bunch of Star Wars-based yoga poses, and they recently found their way to Robin Meade's Twitter feed. They include the TIE Fighter, the X-Wing and the X-Wing Extended.

Matthew Latkeiwicz came up with "Star Wars Yoga" for people like him who can’t relate to some of the more traditional poses, like the Crow or the Warrior. “I don’t know how a crow is supposed to feel,” he tells the Time Techland blog, “However, you give me a Tie Fighter pose, you know, you give me a Jedi pose, those are things that have meaning to me.”

Morning Express with Robin Meade airs Monday through Friday at 6 a.m. ET on HLN.  Like the show on Facebook, follow on Twitter: @MorningExp.
