The next time you do yoga, would you like to try the "Downward-Facing Wookie" or "the Reclined Jabba?"
Back in 2010, a guy in California made up a bunch of Star Wars-based yoga poses, and they recently found their way to Robin Meade's Twitter feed. They include the TIE Fighter, the X-Wing and the X-Wing Extended.
Matthew Latkeiwicz came up with " Star Wars Yoga" for people like him who can’t relate to some of the more traditional poses, like the Crow or the Warrior. “I don’t know how a crow is supposed to feel,” he tells the Time Techland blog, “However, you give me a Tie Fighter pose, you know, you give me a Jedi pose, those are things that have meaning to me.”
