Could bankruptcy get Casey Anthony off the hook?

There's a chance that Casey Anthony might not have to pay up -- even if she loses two lawsuits.

A Florida judge has ruled that defamation suits filed by Zenaida Gonzalez and Roy Kronk against Anthony must happen in federal bankruptcy court and not in Orange County's circuit court.

That means that if Anthony is granted bankruptcy protection, any awards from the lawsuits might be nullified.
