The company found that the traditional 9-5 workday, in-person meetings, and male leadership in meetings are all slowly going the way of the dinosaur.
The company found that Wednesdays and Thursdays are the most popular days for meetings, with 61% of meetings taking place on those two days. They also found that almost half of all meetings (49%) take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., but that there has been a 20% decline in meetings during lunch hour, or 12-1 p.m.
