Yanira Maldonado, the Arizona mother of seven who was being held in Mexico is back in Arizona this morning.
A judge freed Maldonado a few hours ago.
She was in jail for more than week, accused of trying to smuggle 12 pounds of marijuana into the U.S.
Surveillance video convinced a judge she was innocent. The footage showed her boarding the bus without any obvious sign of the packages Mexican soldiers claimed to have found under her bus seat.
Maldonado's husband said he thinks the soldiers wanted a bribe.
Her family maintained her innocence all along.
