So what's the latest with Lindsay Lohan's legal woes?
Lohan was set to start her court-ordered 90-day stint in a lockdown rehab facility Thursday, but left Morningside because she felt it was not the right place for her. Her father, Michael Lohan, says "she was not happy with the place."
Lohan decided to check into the Betty Ford Center instead to avoid an arrest warrant, according to TMZ. This is not Lohan's first stay at the Betty Ford Center -- she famously spent time there in 2010, where she got into a massive fight with an employee that led to the threat of civil lawsuits.
The 26-year-old reportedly rehired her former lawyer, Shawn Holley, who will represent her going forward, according to TMZ. Holley reportedly negotiated to ensure that the Betty Ford Center would be a suitable facility for Lohan to complete her rehab stay.
