Huge fire forcing people from homes

Firefighters setting backfires on east end of fire.

A growing wildfire is forcing people to clear out of their homes.

The Summit fire has scorched at least three-thousand acres near Banning, which is about 80 miles southeast of L.A.

Strong winds are driving the huge fire.

At least one home has burned down.

Hundreds of firefighters are working the massive fire and they have it about 35-percent contained.
