Casey Anthony could lose the rights to her own life story.

On Tuesday, a bankruptcy trustee will ask a judge for those rights, which, he says, could be sold to pay Anthony's debts.

Anthony owes $792,000. She filed for bankruptcy earlier this year.

Her lawyers say the trustee is asking for property that doesn't exist, except as memories in Anthony's mind.
