Kayla Baker received an Easter surprise courtesy of "Vampire Diaries" stars and real-life couple, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder.

Last week, Dobrev posted a sweet video message to Baker, a 14-year-old girl in need of a double lung transplant, informing her that the TV stars would be visiting her in her hometown of Toronto. She tweeted, "@kayla_0507 I made a special video for you -- watch it when you have a second :) xo Nina."

In the video, Dobrev says, “We’re on 'The Vampire Diaries,' and we know that you watch the show and we know about you, too! We’ve been following you. We just wanted to say hi.” Somerhalder adds, "So we just wanted to make sure that your schedule’s clear on Saturday, because we want to come see you... clear your schedule."

Dobrev also tweeted to the young fan:

The visit took place on Saturday in Toronto and Dobrev tweeted on Easter a photo of her and Baker and sent her well-wishes, writing, "Thinking of you today - sending you positive vibes ! We had so much fun hanging out with you yesterday! :)."
