'Glee' star checks into rehab

A rep for actor Cory Monteith, 30, says he's voluntarily checked into rehab to get help for "substance addiction."

Monteith plays singing football star Finn Hudson on Fox's hit show "Glee."

People Magazine reports that this is not the actor's first time in rehab. He previously entered a program when he was 19.
