People have been camping out for days in Washington just to get a seat when the Supreme Court debates same-sex marriage tomorrow.
There are limited seats for the public.
At the center of debate is whether marriage should be a state or federal issue.
The arguments center around California's Proposition 8, which bans same-sex marriage, and the federal Defense of Marriage Act, also known as DOMA, which legally defines marriage between one man and one woman.
