Keira Knightley's next role: Coco Chanel

Keira Knightley is following in the footsteps of Shirley MacLaine and Audrey Tautou and will be taking on the role of Coco Chanel.

The fashion house is getting ready to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its first store with a short film directed by Chanel head designer and creative director Karl Lagerfeld.

The movie will center around the town of Deauville, France, site of Chanel's first store. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the film will actually be shot in Paris, where filmmakers will re-create seaside town.

Do you think Keira will make a good Coco?
