The man you see pictured above has been arrested for the alleged slaying of a New York City mom who was on vacation in Turkey in January.
The man, known as Z.T., is homeless and collects used paper for a living. Police say they caught him at the Turkey/Syria border crossing on Sunday.
An Internet news site in Turkey released a taped confession. In it, Z.T. says he doesn't remember the killing because he was high.
"I must have hit her on the head with a heavy object," he said, adding that he was under the influence of an "extreme amount" of paint thinner.
"When I came to, she was dead. I covered her up," he said.
Sarai Sierra disappeared Jan. 22 while visiting Turkey alone for a photography vacation. Her body was found Feb. 2 near an area of Istanbul that's frequented by tourists.
