The man accused of killing 12 people in a Colorado movie theater shooting is expected in court today to enter a plea.
Attorneys for James Holmes have suggested he may plead not guilty by reason of insanity.
A judge says that if that happens, Holmes could be given a "truth serum" for psychiatric tests.
Prosecutors say he spent months carefully planning the attack.
Fifty-eight people were hurt in the rampage, which happened last July.
