Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez -- the woman who is suing Casey Anthony for defamation -- want to question Casey Anthony about her finances, according to HLN affiliate WTSP.
The motion they've filed is related to Anthony's recent Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.
After her daughter Caylee went missing, Casey Anthony claimed that someone with Gonzalez's name -- a woman she referred to as "Zanny the Nanny" -- had kidnapped the little girl, a claim which turned out to be false. Caylee was later found dead, and Anthony was found not guilty of her murder.
Anthony met with creditors on March 4, but Gonzalez's attorneys claim they did not get all of the answers they sought in that meeting, hence the motion to question Anthony directly.
A judge will review the motion and either approve it or set another hearing date.
