A Whitney Houston fan threatened to hurt someone if she didn't talk to him years ago.

That's just one detail from the FBI's crazed fan file on her.
The bureau posted it online yesterday.

Agents checked out a man in Holland who made threats in 1999 and called himself President of Europe.

Someone also threatened to reveal intimate details about Houston if she didn't pay 250,000 bucks.

None of the investigations led to charges.
