Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's health seems to be getting worse.

We're getting new details from Venezuela's information minister who says the country's President is fighting a new infection and having more trouble breathing.

He says Chavez is in "very delicate" condition.

Chavez has been battling cancer since 2011.

His allies say he's still running Venezuela. But critics says the country is in limbo.
