Huge storm heading east

Another massive winter storm has the upper Midwest in its frozen grips.

And get ready, because the nasty weather is going to slam Chicago, then move all the way to Washington D.C.

More than a foot of snow is expected in Minnesota.

Chicago could get almost that much before the storm is over.

In North Dakota, people are being asked to stay off the roads, thanks to blizzard conditions.

Colorado was hit too. The weather is being blamed for causing a 30-car pileup near Vail.

CNN International meteorologist P.J. Javeheri is filling in for Bob Van Dillen today. He'll have all the updated storm models, plus flight delays early and often on Morning Express with Robin Meade on HLN.
