Casey Anthony has successfully managed to stay out of the spotlight in the 19 months since being found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter.
However, that all ended today in a chaotic scene outside a Tampa courthouse, reminiscent of the swarm awaiting Anthony the last time we saw her, leaving the Orange County Jail on July 17, 2011. Anthony was at the courthouse for a hearing in her bankruptcy filing.
The intense attention on her every move wasn't the only thing that remained unchanged since that early summer morning. The 26-year-old once dubbed "America's Most Hated Woman" was again flanked by an attorney, Cheney Mason, and looked about the same as the last time we saw her. With her head down and Mason close by, a brief glimpse of Anthony -- seen in the Splash Media photo above -- was all the public and small army of assembled media received.
With her hair in its familiar just-past-the-shoulder length, Anthony moved quickly in a black coat, black pants, black sweater and patterned scarf into the court.
In her Chapter 7 listing filed in January, it was revealed Anthony owes nearly $800,000 to almost 80 creditors. The largest debt is the $500,000 owed to Jose Baez, her attorney during her trial.
Anthony listed assets totaling just $1,100, which included her laptop and some old furniture. She has been unemployed since leaving jail.
