Lindsay Lohan better find a new lawyer, and fast! This, according to the California judge who’s overseeing her lying to cops case.
Lohan’s lawyer, Mark Heller, was in court representing LiLo for the first time today when the judge questioned his ability to represent the actress and his ability to defend someone in a criminal case in California.
The judge continued by saying Heller either needs to have someone assist him in the trial or Lindsay herself needs to waive the right to another attorney in order to continue with Heller.
While no decision has been announced at this time, one thing is clear; Prosecutors in the case are ready to proceed with the charges as planned.
A tentative trial date of March 18 has been set. Will Lohan be charged with lying to cops? Or will her lawyer pull off a miracle and keep the troubled-star out of jail yet again?
We’ll have complete trial coverage and bring you the very latest as details develop.
